Bottrock
Bottrock is most common enemy in MDK2. He's soldier in aliens army, but it seems like he's quite stupid. If you can see an enemy, who is laughing at you - you can be sure, that this is Bottrock. He can shoot with some kind of energy blast and throw grenades. You'll notice him for sure on the battlefield, because he's quite high.
Conehead
Conehead is a short, green alien, who seem to have a problem with... farting. He do this very often ("very" means VERY). Conehead is weak, and his weapon is not very accurate. He is not very demanding opponent, so you should kill Conehead in one second.
Bif
The Imperial Guard. This is one of the strongest enemy in MDK2. Bif looks like a big, fat bull standing on two legs. His weapon is a some kind of staff, which shoots with a lightning bolts,. These bolts are homing very fast, so you have to move fast, and make a lot of dodges to avoid being hit by them. Bif is a very tough beast so you have to shoot a lot of bullets to kill him. But luckily there is an easy way to eliminate him. When you play as Kurt try to hit his eye on the belt in sniper mode, and he will be dead after one shot. Just remember to not stay for too long in one place, and you should survive the fight.
Bird-brain
Bird-brain is flying troop. He can fly over you with a big speed. Bird-brain is quite big, so despite that he fly high above the ground, you shouldn't have any troubles in killing this alien - just strafe to avoid his fire. He is shooting with energy blasts, and he can punch you when you get too close to him. Both methods are harmful, and makes big damage to you, so try to kill him fast.
Sphere of Death
This creature is like a guard. It is very accurate, so it can hit you even from a very long distance. It looks like a little circular flying robot and it is not so easy to kill. The easiest method to destroy it is to use sniper mode, aim, and shoot quickly, to avoid being hit by its energy blast. A few shots should be enough to destroy it. In group Spheres of Death can be dangerous, so don't let them surround you.
Grunt
Grunt is a robot, who has a fishbowl-like head full of green gas. Grunt is almost invincible, because you can shoot him as many times as you want, but he will get up again, and again, and again... But I used word "almost" intentionally, because he has one weak spot - his glass head. You have to hit it in sniper mode - one accurate shot, and glass will break, the green gas will leak out, and Grunt will be dead. He shoots with some kind of green energy. Just use a sniper mode, and Grunt will be no opponent to you.
Inviso Grunt
As you can deducate it is the same Grunt as earlier, but with one difference - this one is invisible. He can be tough opponent, because you can't see him. The easiest method to detect him is to listen to his voice, and try to orientate where he stand, and when you know that, use a chaingun and shoot a lot of bullets in that direction, until they will hit Grunt's body. You will see it when it happen. Then just do the same thing as you did with regular Grunt - try to hit his glass bowl.
Hoser
Hoser looks like a cousin of Conehead, but with big hanging nose and normal head. There is one more difference: Hoser doesn't have problem with farting. Hoser shoots with some kind of fire balls. He is not very tough enemy. Fight him the same way like you did with Coneheads - strafe and shoot.
Ultra Bottrock
It is more powerful, bigger and tougher type of Bottrock. Ultra Bottrock is more dangerous because he can shoot with an energy balls that can bounce all over the room, so they can easily hit a player and make a big damage to him. You should fight them the same way as you did with regular Bottrock, but this time you should send many more bullets in his direction.
Samsmite
It is probably the most annoying creatures in whole game. He is very fast and quite dangerous. When Samsmite land on the ground, he start to trundle on you with very big speed, so you have to be fast, and jump to avoid him. He usually attacks in groups. |
